Overview

The Nigerian Communications Commission engaged Four D Associates as strategic consultants for the development of SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for the commission’s respective operational processes.

Scope of Work

The scope of work included but was not limited to the following:
– Analyse and design KPI’s in line with the commission’s strategy and overall management to enhance the commission’s capacity to provie the management and external stakeholders with timely and accurate information
– Improve performance management in the commission to drive it to higher overall corporate performance
– Enhance ability to foresee potential outcomes and to influence events in a timely manner
